Normoyle Engineering was engaged to deliver a suite of high-spec architectural metalwork and glazing packages at 60 Martin Place, one of Sydney’s premier commercial addresses. The scope included the design, fabrication, and installation of striking feature staircases, smoke- and fire-rated glass partitions, and complex lift shaft glazing systems.

Working within a live, high-rise environment and an accelerated construction program, our team collaborated closely with architects and builders to resolve intricate design and buildability challenges. The project demanded meticulous attention to detail and premium-quality finishes across all elements, including bespoke structural steelwork and precision-installed glass facades.
